What artwork file formats do you accept for custom mahjong orders?
We accept CAD files (DWG, DXF, STEP), vector files (AI, PDF), and photos or hand-drawn layouts. If you do not have a design file, send a reference image with tile dimensions and our engineering team will draw up a production drawing for your approval.
How much does a mahjong sample cost, and is the fee separate from production?
