Is USMJ a mahjong manufacturer or a trading company?
USMJ is the manufacturer. Cast PMMA machining, laser engraving, UV printing, clear-coat sealing, lamination, assembly and inspection all run in our own 3,000 m² Shenzhen facility with 50+ staff. The build programs show the production routes we work to before you contact us.
What should I send USMJ for a mahjong quote?
Start with the tile format (NMJL 152, expanded 160, or traditional 144), the tile size or a physical reference tile, the artwork status, the colourway targets, the quantity per design, the packaging tier, and the destination with your target date.
Can I request a mahjong sample before production?
Yes. Buyers normally approve a paid production-grade sample before bulk production. A single engraved tile runs $40–80 in 5–7 days, a 12-tile colour check $180–320 in about 7 days, and a full set $300–500 in 7–10 days including air freight. Sample fees are paid separately and are not credited to production.
